Changing your name?! - Interviewee's for Book

Would you like to be interviewed for my book?
I am writing a book all about identity and names. Why are names significant? What value do they have in helping us or others explore who we are?
I am particularly looking to interview individuals who have or are in the process of changing their name, or have had a child who has decided to change their name. Any interviews conducted will be confidential and the written transcript will be discussed before being drawn from for the book.
£20 for a 50 minute interview for this opportunity and an interview does not necessarily mean that material from the interview will be published. I will hold all rights to any material agreed on following interviewee's approval of the transcript.
