Corporal Tomkins (Protagonist/Lead)
He’s an experienced british soldier, stationed at Bapaume, in France, during the battle of the Somme. He’s been through the Gallipoli campaign in 1915, and now he’s back for the Germans. He’s here for his country, but also for his thirst of blood. His Faith only relies on a Lee Enfield rifle and a couple of grenades. No gods or fairy tales of any sort: as he repeats, this is the Somme, either you kill or get killed. (British Accent).
Male, aged 25 to 35
- Accents: UK English

QUINN, Supporting
Private Quinn, Tomkins’ comrade since the battle of Gallipoli, 1915, in which he was rescued by Tomkins himself after an offensive of the Turkish forces. Quinn is a religious/superstitious figure: he believes in divine intervention and despite having fundamental questions about the war being right or wrong, he takes on a sort of martyr’s stance, as if his destiny was already written in stone. (Irish Accent)
Male, aged 30 to 40

JAMES, Supporting
Private James, in his 20s. James is the youngest of the three. He is inexperienced and bewildered by his presence in the trenches. He misses home, but his reverential fear towards Tomkins requires him to man up. He will not meet this challenge in the end. The Somme will reveal to be too much for him.
