Director required for a Film Collaboration

I'm looking at studying for a master's in cinematography and would like to get a film made that I am happy to submit as part of my application.

I am looking for a Director around the same level as me that is maybe looking at directing courses at the same schools (or just willing to help out) to collaborate in making a short.

I have been DoP on 6 short films and one feature. But I have come a long way since filming some of these so want to make the best film I possible can.
