Looking for Music Producer and Songwriter for Collab

I am a singer-songwriter dancer looking to collaborate with a team to produce a first album.
Influence Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Nicki Minaj, Adel, Fergie, Black-eyed peas, Camila Cabello.
Once we will have created few songs, I will start looking for two dancers/backing vocalists and two or three musicians, a designer, and a choreographer to create a show. Have few contacts with record companies but I can`t promise anything.
This is a collaboration, we will share the royalties. Can`t wait to hear from you. Flo.
