Mr. Chair is a thirty-something, accountant working for a furniture company as their accountant. He hates his job but likes his co-workers. He doesn’t have much to look forward to in life, and he has secretly given up his dream to be a furniture designer. After witnessing his colleague turn into a waiting chair, Mr. Chair decides to turn into a blue chair to comfort people.

Ms. Lamp works as a customer service receptionist in the same furniture company Mr. Chair works. She is kind, energetic, but she is easily hurt because of her trusting characteristics. Ms. Lamp is in an unhappy relationship with her boss, and she turns into a lamp to escape him during the weekend at the local boutique, where she meets a blue chair.

Westing is Mr. Chair’s colleague and probably his only work friend. He is what Mr. Chair will probably be in 5 to 10 years: tired, low, and hates their young, but inexperienced manager. Westing gets scolded by the manager a lot, because of this he has decided to be the waiting chair outside their manager’s office, to comfort all the workers.
