If you love working in a small, close knit team delivering essential information to members of the public, then this job is for you!
Shifts are potentially running through to the end of December 2021. Shifts are 8 hours with either an early start (6am-2pm) or late finish (2pm-10pm), so you can work around your other commitments.
There's a good availability of shifts for those willing to work several hours a week, as well as to those only wanting the odd shift.
With comprehensive virtual training via zoom for all staff, supplemented by on-site training during your first shift.
MUST HAVE Full Driving license and use of your own vehicle
Happy to travel and stay overnight where needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good with Technology and experience sending off reports
Flexible, Hardworking and an overall team player
Enjoy having some spontaneity in your role
Training must be completed before your first shift
Providing tailored information and advice to a specific target audience for a nationwide public information campaign
Delivering key messages and background information in an engaging and enthusiastic way to a diverse audience
Answering questions or addressing concerns raised by the target audience and members of the public
Being a source of information and advice and directing the audience to further sources of information
Capturing survey data from engagements undertaken using the tablets/laptops provided
Compiling daily reporting from an operational perspective
Proactive, approachable and engaging attitude
Excellent communication skills, and able to adapt to people whose first language may not be English
Able to articulate complex key messages in clear, simple terms

Paid - payment dependent on role. 8-30 hrs/day dependent on shift availability
Expenses paid - Travel/mileage
