Actor Wanted for NEW TV Adaptation of Les Miserables (non-singing)
Vital and gripping new 6 x 1-hour adaptation by multi-award-winning Andrew Davies of the Victor Hugo classic novel LES MISERABLES - one of the greatest works in Western literature which depicts the hero Jean' Valjean's primal struggle with society, examines the nature of law and grace and gives a voice and story to those who usually fall between the cracks.

Gavroche- Mixed Ethnicity (black/Caucasian)
A very skinny London street boy of mixed ethnicity (black/white caucasian) dressed in rags which he wears with style.
Irrepressible with endless optimism despite years of neglect.
Witty, courageous and warm with a strong life force. But we need a very raw and naturalistic acting stye - a street-level authenticity that speaks up for the disenfranchised and the wretched.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a musical version, so he does not need to be able to sing!!
