Synopsis:
Spending a day in 'CemeteryLink' is frustrating for anyone, even more so if you are a zombie who is increasingly getting hungry. 'Flatline' is a satire about a young man named Sephtis trying to apply for welfare through CemetetyLink. The staff is unhelpful to say the least and are repeatedly boorish and obnoxious towards Sephtis. However, Sephtis persists in his quest to obtain welfare despite slowly and agonisingly becoming a zombie and fighting his desire to eat the Polish woman sitting opposite him.
Payment details: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any financial compensation, but you will be fed AND receive a credit in the film, a copy of the film on DVD for your show reel and an invitation to the films premiere...Plus you get to work on a zombie film that we hope to submit to a zombie film festival (how cool is that!)

Polish Woman
Polish Woman is a mid-late 30's CemeteryLink customer who is waiting in a seated area opposite Sephtis. She speaks loudly in a foreign language on her mobile phone the entire time, bitching about CemeteryLink to the person on the other end, seemingly unaware that Sephtis is thinking about eating her. **Although we are casting for a Polish Woman, this role is open to anyone who looks European and fluently speaks a European language (any).**

Italian Man (the other zombie)
Italian Man is a mid to late 40's CemeteryLink customer who sits next to Sephtis in the waiting area. He is a zombie who attempts to engage with Sephtis, occasionally managing a grunt. You must be able to act & groan like a zombie! ** Please note that prosthetics & special effects makeup will be required. If you are allergic to latex or makeup ingredients, please notify us in your application ** **Although we are casting for an Italian man, the role is open to anyone who looks European.**

Interpreter
Interpreter is an, astute, middle-aged woman who works for CemeteryLink. She is relatively civil but doesn't exactly go out of her way to be nice or overly helpful. She works with CemeteryLink Officer 1 & 2, assisting Sephtis with his application for welfare. **This is the perfect role for a plus size woman, however the role is open to any woman within the age range.**

CO-1 is a woman in her early to mid-20's who appears rather stylish. She is basically a CemeteryLink drone who goes about her work with little enthusiasm and approaches her customers with a level of arrogance. Think Queen Sophie-Anne in True Blood!
