Influences: The Beatles, Kraftwerk, Bowie, Pink Floyd, Lady Gaga, Pet Shop Boys,
Started playing the keyboard from the age of 14. Always been inspired by the 80s electronic genre. Began with a fun project at school called The Bullets with a Casio MT 68 hehe ! It was crazy wrote songs about Vampires and U.F.O s and spent all my lunch time breaks making stage sets.
Moved on to a covers band called Tom Dick and Harrie with my brother Ollie Collins who is now a well know session bass player. We performed at many public events and weddings.
After that was in a ska band for a couple of years. Did support gigs for Desmond Decker, Bad Manners and Dodgy.
Then was in an indie band for short while.
My most recent project was called Starbase 109. A unique quirky theatrical electro pop duo. Songs about the mechanical nature of modern life. Inspired by the likes of Kraftwerk, Human League, Thomas Dolby, The Residents etc
Did some amazing gigs. We were the support band on The Stranglers greatest hits tour. Also did supports for The Damned, The Fall, John Cooper Clarke, Fuzz Box and Frank Side Bottom.
My partner who is Australian sadly had to leave the uk as he had to get back in touch with his family.
So now i am currently working on a solo project. I sing and play keyboards. Also write and produce all my own original music.
I am transgender so my voice sounds male most of the time.
