My first professional job, at the age of 8, was at the Southbank Centre as a street urchin working alongside the cabaret artist Meow Meow. I have since worked on over TWENTY DIFFERENT PROJECTS, most of which have been professional. These include three feature films, several short films, music videos, commercials, book trailers, editorial and art modelling, stage productions and cabaret.

One of my most exciting jobs was the BAFTA-nominated feature film, NOTES ON BLINDNESS, where I played Imogen, the daughter of blind father John Hull. This was based on the real John’s audio cassette recordings, and I lip-synced to Imogen’s lines.

My latest film was The Time Tree, a PERIOD film where I played the lead role of Anne, a deaf girl from the 16th century, some scenes from which we actually shot up a tree!

I’ve played a huge variety of other ROLES, which have included: a mini Theresa May(!), a refugee, a zombie, a daughter from a very dysfunctional family, a reluctant member of a religious cult, an orphan, a young girl pondering her future, a street urchin and an aspiring starlet!

I’ve learnt and used so many SKILLS from all these acting opportunities: for example, monologues, ensemble acting - with both child and adult actors, lip-syncing, sign language, learning to communicate as a deaf child, and snippets of all sorts of languages from the multinational crews.

I’ve also really gotten into FILM-MAKING (inspired by one of the camera-men from Notes on Blindness who taught me how to use iMovie). I have directed, edited, filmed and written scripts for several of my own videos and mini films. Sister in the Mirror, a 2-minute film that I produced with my younger sister won an award in the 2016 Sense of Humour film competition and was screened at the NFT! More recently, I have been making films focusing on issues that are important to me, for example the plight of refugees and social justice – you can see one of my refugee films on my profile.
