Emerging UK pop-folk/country artist Sarah Lucie Shaw currently has her new song "Be Where I Be" sync'd to a US Reality TV show being filmed in Vegas this Fall & broadcast accross Asia & the US Winter 12/13. She has written & recorded new songs for her debut album with US producer Alan Glass (Christina Aguilera, Aretha Franklyn, Lighthouse Family) is currently co-writting new material with Chris Dawkins (Leopard Music).
Sarah's original sound has influences ranging from James Morrison, Imogen Heap to Jewel, Sara Bareilles. Her debut EP was produced by Pete Hoffman at Miloco Studios and the lead track 'I Believe In U' was picked up by a independent US music publisher in 2011.
Sarah has graced the London singer-songwriter's scene with her engaging live set at The Bedford and the famous Troubadour venue. She was also invited to perform at the Belfast - Nashville Songwriters Festival 2011 in Ireland. Sarah's powerful & seductive feminine vocal blends delicately with her strong, captivating melodies on her unique story-led songs that attain a pop sensibility throughout. Sarah performed sell out shows in Autumn 2012 at Sky Bar, Westfield Stratford City, London & at The Roof Gardens, Kensington.
As a songwriter, Sarah has achieved Top Ten success in the UK and across Europe with pop/dance act Angel City, and has most recently collaborated with indie band Long-View for their forthcoming album, following on from their debut album 'Mercury' released on Warner Records UK & Sony US.
