Modeling experience

Beginner, starting out

My modelling experience is very little, however when you include the amount of modeling I do at home for Facebook pictures, well I suppose I am a professional.

In April 2012, I attended my first photoshoot with Models Advice. They helped me identify areas where they think, I could be best suited to as a model. They suggested that I go into commercial & sport modelling, due to the way I move my body too pose and the expressions I do unintentionally in front of the cameras.

In February 2013, I appeared in The Sun. Disclosing a story about something that I near to me: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/woman/real_life/4803435/25k-NHS-sex-change-ops-to-turn-me-into-Rihanna.html . Some of the information in the article was a bit over exaggerated from my point of view, but I got a chance to experience a commercial venture.

Vocal ability

Singing styles
  • Pop

Favourite genres
  • Pop

Influences: 2ne1, 4minute, After School, Aaliyah, Amerie, Ashanti, Beyonce, Boa, Brown Eyed Girls, Ciara, Cl, Destiny's Child, Dalshabet, Ga In, Hyori Lee, Ivy, Janet Jackson, Koda Kumi, Lee Ha Yi & Many More

Musically, I am not the brightest but when Beyonce, Ciara, Janet Jackson or Aaliyah are playing, I pretend I am them. I love to dance, most passionately that's where my strengths musically stand.

However I do sing as well to an average level, not to perfection. I would like to reach perfection in the past my teachers often said to me, I was a good dancer and actor and if I worked on my voice more. I'd be a triple threat I just have never been given the chance to develop vocally.

I remember in 2009, the only time I actually got to sing in front of someone, was during my college audition. The tutor said that due to my personality and charisma, the music industry is somewhere I would have a chance in succeeding. His criticism on my voice was not negative but it was not the best, but if trained I know I can make it better and I am fast learner.

TV & Reality

My TV & Reality experience only stem as far as Youtube, on my channel http://www.youtube.com/xiaquali , it's something I do just as a hobby and I think it will probably help me in future with my chances in becoming a Radio and Television personality. That is the dream.
