I've been shooting for many years. I've contributed to a number of stock photo galleries and have had images used in a children's educational book in Hong Kong, a German travel magazine, a school website, and a book of poetry. I've also had an interest in event photography, and have photographed at the Abbey Festival & History Alive. I've photographed concerts also. I turned fully professional as I did shots for small business and started taking shots of premises/shop fronts, shop interiors, products & staff. Since then I've photographed a regular in-season competition for the Queensland Reds and BarterCard at Suncorp Stadium, with the winners photo going on the big screen during the game. I've also photographed BarterCard staff, and recently did a "Vet'n'Pet" shoot, which I'm planning to roll out further. I've shot fashion models in garden surrounds like Botanical Gardens and suburban parks. Events wise, I've also covered the 'installation' of a Lutheran Bishop, and sone months later, their General Synod for 2016.

I started Four Foot Fotos about January 2015, to do pet photography. I've shot dogs, cats and horses, and have attended events such as the Million Paws Walk. Some posters of my photographs are now hanging in two veterinary clinics (this far).

I've also furthered my landscape and macro photography. I got a 'top ten' result out of 56,000 entrants in a landscape photography competition in June 2016. I'm offering this image and some others as large format come at prints. Having a 36 Mp film frame camera does really help when shooting for large format at pieces!

So I've got a variety of skills and experience as a photographer, and add value from lots of life experience. My time is fairly flexible as this is my main income, and I have a money back guarantee on results: if you don't like the results at the (watermarked) proof stage, you don't pay the professional services fee from the shoot (which is most, if not all of the cost. Conditions apply, such as photographic direction from a client camels this guarantee).

I work on a sensible booking fee, then only charge when I deliver proofs unless there are ancillary costs or travel. My results speak for themselves.

I have a full frame 36Mp Pentax K-1 camera for landscapes, events and portraits ; a fast crop-sensor K-3, 24Mp camera for up to 8 frames per second usage ; and a Pentax K-10D as a backup. I use the new Pentax 24-70mm f/2.8 I'll frame lens & Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 lens for most of my work ; a Pentax prime 50mm f/1.8 lens for some portraits, Samyang wide angle 14mm f/2.8 for wide angle / large format landscapes ; and occasionally a Sigma 18-50mm for other situations.

My lighting gear is portable. I have backdrop kit with various backdrops. I have three speedlights (flashes) and a continuous LED light with some 'light modifiers' and stands. This enables me to produce great quality photographs on-site as needed.
