I am primarily a Bass player and songwriter, with thirty years experience. I have worked in both the live and studio environments. I have also been a vocalist in some of the bands that I have played with.

Solaris (1982 - 1985). This was my first band. I played bass and wrote the original heavy rock songs that we played.
Amythyst (1986). I joined this band for a nine month period, filling in on bass.
Challenger (1986 - 1988). I was with this covers band on a more permanent basis playing the local circuit (Essex and London). I had my first studio experience with this band, recording a demo and one album.
Panik (1988). I filled in on bass in this band, playing blues-rock again on our local circuit.
Alias (1989 - 1992). I played bass and backing vocals in this group, playing rock music on the local circuit. I put my studio experience to work with this group recording two albums with them. I also was responsible for the management of the group, including bookings.
Steel Dawn (1992 - 1993). After Alias, I filled in as bass player with this five piece heavy rock act.
Rebekahs Raven (1994 – 1995). This band was a side project used to showcase my song writing whilst I was a lecturer at Braintree College. (I taught Music Technology for two years using my studio experience). I played bass and lead vocals in this rock trio.
Ashbury Heights (1996 – 2002). I played bass and backing vocals in this sixties band. We were a trio playing popular music from the 1960s. I also managed this act. We recorded five albums with this band, which I also co-produced. We played over 600 shows in the time this group was together, playing all over the UK.

Outside of my live performance experience, I have been a songwriter and have worked in both recording and rehearsal facilities. I now have my own small studio which I use for recording my own music, (rock-pop with prog-rock leanings) with which I am trying to get a record deal. Check it out at my website (www.solarisdreams.com).
