I have been singing on stage since the age of 15 when I won a school singing competition impersonating Whitney Houston Which I won three years running. Whilst at school I took an exstensive singing tutorial which taught me breathing and vocal techniques that I have used throughout my experience, including SLS and pyramid vocal technique.
I began touring with Voulez Vous ABBA tribute at the age of 17, starting out as a stage technician and wardrobe supervisor whilst learning new vocal techniques whilst being on tour with other proffessional singers learning and honing and the famous ABBA harmonies.
I worked for a fiction duo singing ballads in the corporate and club sector and spent significant time in the recording studio for a writer/ composer as the vocalist for his original work.
My major role as a Lead Vocalist in two theatre based ABBA tributes has given me a great deal of experience. I am very familiar and have studied ABBA's music but I am also lucky enough to have a look of the young Agnetha! I have worked on the vocal backing tracks for one tribute in the recording studio providing the harmonies and backing vocals for the tracks that are used with the live theatre shows.
I performed and ran a Country Rock Duo as a corporate function band and I have done session work for an artist recording original tracks where I performed all the backing vocals and lead vocals for the tracks.
I sang as a Backing Vocalist along with 2other BVs in harmony, in a live Pink Floyd Theatre tribute, The Wall of Sound which was an amazing experience.
My most recent project has been lead singer (Agnetha) in a theatre based and corporate ABBA tribute and a corporate and function wedding band. My absolute passion is singing and vocal harmonies and I love to tour and perform.
