Therese Bean was first stung by a love of the stage at the age of three as a wasp in The Giant Jam Sandwich... she has been treading the boards for decades since. She has lent her larynx to Lane Cove Theatre Company as Mrs Peacock in 'Clue' & Granny in 'Women Behind Bars' and got zany at the Zenith as Cherry in the 2012 Epicentre theatre production of 'Cosi'. Therese has played up at the Pavilion as Grace in 'Dinkum Assorted', Edith in 'Jake's Women', Oriel in 'Cloudstreet', Winsome Webster in 'Bombshells,' the Detective in 'Clue' & Kathryn Stockman in 'Enemy of the People'. Therese has appeared in several short films, documentary work & regularly provides voice work for Sydney events as an announcer & MC. When not performing Therese can usually be found writing, directing or producing her own productions & infiltrating future generations with the acting bug!
